I developed a MS Excel based maturity assessment that I would like to make into a website and add to my existing site. I would like it to have the same functionality as the Excel model and produce a report as a locked PDF. I plan to give this away as a free service but want to validate who has used the service and use the scores to display regional averages. I would also give the regional averages away for free.
