1. The project is based on simple app for Windows (or web directly) just for sending messages in batch (mass) process to selected groups of Telegram.
I have more than 30 active and 20 inactive groups, where at any time I can increase or decrease the amount. In this case, I would only select the X groups and leave it already saved (workspace type) so that I don't have to redo it again (avoid sending errors).
2. Possibility of switching users inside (from Telegram accounts) within the app itself without having to put cell numbers. Confirming the access code on Telegram is expected, but only the first time I add the account.
3. Accept sending emojis and attachments (JPEG, GIFs, videos).
PS.: I will not need to send messages to group members as DM or extract the contacts, I wouldn't use this feature.
My budget is between 100 to 140USD.
I'm looking for someone responsible and to finish the deal within the expected time.
