Website migration, old data to new layout. Logo revamp.

So we have a new layout with about 5 pages.

-About Us
-Contact
-payment page
So we need someone to just copy the data over to the new layout. There is also a payment page which is simplistic paypal code that needs to be copy and pasted and of course the contact page script. Also there is a simple script used to do a business listing lookup that will be integrated into the home page. No database work here so it should take a couple of hours at the most. Theres a style of the background thats greenish and needs to be chaged to yellow and while were at it lets redo our logo, nothing fancy it's just a picture with some text at the moment. So some minor graphic knowledge is needed. I am a former web dev. so I can help with any questions etc. Please post any clarifications. Will use you in the future if it's good work.
