Update my Shopify Website

I have a Shopify website ([login to view URL]) that I want to update to a new theme. Current theme I use is called Debut, but I want to change over a theme called Supply ([login to view URL]). Here is what needs to be done:
1. Need to totally set up the home page completely--add my logo, phone number etc.
2. Change the navigation both on the top and internal pages. This will require a discussion of the points as you will need to clean up some of the product descriptions/TAGS
3. Need to make sure all of my existing Apps work (Kit, GroveJar, etc.),
4. Optional--I need some help with the internal/onsite search
Only those with past Shopify experience will be considered. This is not a large job as the template as done most of the work, but it does require an eye for precision.
