Key Features:
User Management:
Users should be able to register and log in to their accounts.
User roles should be defined to distinguish between regular users and administrators.
Contact Management:
Users must have the capability to add individual contacts manually.
Users should also be able to upload CSV files containing contact details for bulk imports.
Contacts should be categorized into groups for better organization.
Group Creation:
Users should be able to create groups and assign contacts to these groups.
Groups can be used to target specific audiences for SMS campaigns.
SMS Campaigns:
Users should be able to compose and send SMS messages.
Options should be available to select a specific group of contacts to send SMS to.
Users should also have the ability to send SMS to individual contacts.
