I am wanting a website built that promotes real estate agents for the consumer to read about them, see what properties they have sold and have currently listed so that they have the potential to be hired to sell someones property. There are websites similar to what I want like these examples to follow. Have a look at them before you request the job.

I need the website to be built so that I am able to manage it on a daily basis once it has been built. I don't know how to use wordpress but I can use squarespace, weebly and wix.
In saying that the website needs to be built so that the content will come up in google searches and I'm not sure wix or weebly have that advantage like squarespace and wordpress do.
I would like an experts opinion to cinfirm if this is true or not.
I have a small budget to play with as it is a new idea starting from the ground up in my garage and I am currently unemployed so budget is small.
