We have dynamic website (created in Dreamweaver) that needs updating maintaining about once a month.

The updates should be relatively minor with simply an extra page or two to be added to the current format (making sure that the added pages does not alter or hinder the current look or functionality of the site).

The project is for 12 months worth of work and the payments will be made in 12 equal installments monthly.
