i need help from a real Professional Freelancer, witch has perfect Skills in HTML5/CSS3 and WordPress

PLEASE DO NOT BID, if you dont have the Skills.

On a current WordPress Webside i need some changes for the Startpage and Subpages. Here i have a Design Mockup (PSD File) witch i need perfectly integrated in the Webside. Also it must be Integraded to WordPress (Posts, Content, Functions) to get it Dynamic and editable by a User.

I allready began with the Styling, but i get stucked at some Points. It is not that much, and can be done in my eyes by a professional Freelancer in about 3-4 Hours.
