Exactly Duplicate My Website on a Different Platform (including mobile design).

I created a website I love, but found a web host that better fits my needs. I want my website exactly (or VERY VERY closely) duplicated with this other host. Current Website is with Wix, I'd like it recreated on Homestead.com.
***IMPORTANT*** I really want all the same animations, colors, photos, fonts etc... Not just the same info.*** Basically as close to exact duplication as possible - I designed the page myself, so copyrights should not be an issue. No need to create content or find photos or artwork. Everything is already done, it just needs to be recreated on the new platform.
Please look up Homestead and make sure you are familiarize with the Homestead platform before saying you can do it. It works differently than Wix and Wordpress. Please make sure you can do it before making an offer. If you need to see my website before making an offer, just send me a message and I will send it. Budget is pretty small. I have had offers for $50, but I'd like to see what my options are with more experienced freelancers.
