Starting from customer enquiry to handover of the constructed unit. The design of the website and mobile app needs to be modern and minimalistic. The sever, frontend and database design needs to be scalable and efficient.
Following are initial requirements of the project
1. Customer Data Entry Form & View Form
2. Customer Enquiry Form & View Form
3. Sales Record Form & View Form
4. Payment Record Form & View Form
5. Agent Entry Form & View Form
6. Project Progress Record Form & View Form
7. Search capabilities for all primary entities based on various criteria.
8. Reports for - Sales, Amount Due, Payment Collection, Enquiry Follow-up, Available Units etc.
9. Generation of various Standard Documents (PDF or MS Word or MS Excel) to be sent to customers or banks based on various milestones
10. Export of Reports to MS Excel or MS Word or Printing
11. Create Mobile APP (android & apple) to see various reports and Record Customer Enquiry
12. Send Email & SMS to clients for various events in the project
13. Client View page to see project status via pictures and videos and updated data
14. Management Form to set various parameters governing the functions of all forms and reports
15. Project Setup Wizard and Edit page to enter various customizable parameters
