Joomla 1.5 Paypal Payment and Download System

I need to setup a paypal and paid download system to Joomla 1.5 Website. I need visitors;
1. Click Buy Now
2. Go to paypal
3. Make the payment
4. Redirect them to a page to download a product. (or we can send an auto email with the download link to the buyer, whatever is easier).
I also need that download page to be protected for the non paid visitors.
Sounds simple, I've done it, but unfortunately I've been getting emails from my customers saying can't find the download page. There is an interesting problem, and I couldn't find the reason.
