Fix my shopping cart / online store in my wordpress site

We have an existing online products showcase /store but without the ADD TO CART feature (we turned it off), but it needs to be edited to incorporate the following:
1) The photos we uploaded are normal, but when its posted on the website, it stretched and deformed. it needs to look good so this needs to be fixed.
2) There needs to be categories and sub categories which is visible on top, then when you click it, the subcategories can be viewed. Similar to: [url removed, login to view]
3) There is an inventory feature in the current system we have but we dont know how to see it or show it - how can we edit the inventory quickly - and privately so only admin can see how many left , customers can only see if its in stock or out of stock, or low stock
4) when the product is clicked, there should be space for an info sheet, where they can download the adobe pdf file of the spec sheet, lots of our products have this from manufacturer and our clients look for it.
5) enable ADD TO CART, and payment option is either paypal (we wil add this later) or pay via bank transfer, or COD.
