Improve e-commerce website design and graphics

We are a small company which is going to kick start the sale in less than a month time. Our website is using Magento CE 1.7.x and already has a template installed. We will have about 50 different products for start and it will increase to about 200 in less than a year.
We need someone to create banner images and upload to our site. Change colors and design our logo based on the our website and brand name which is going to be registered in couple of weeks time.
Our website will sell hand made fashion items which are unique in their own type and we need the designer to be experienced in designing the look of our website. Fluent English is a must and we also need the person to know basics of Ubuntu and apache2 web service. Our servers are hosted in Amazon EC2 and are only managed remotely. We would be responsible for server management but our web designer may need some basic knowledge about Magento structure and permissions to work with it.
We also have a Facebook page which needs to be updated with same data and design. the person who is improving our website design needs to create the same look for our Facebook page.
