3 Ebay Template Design + Logo

We are in need to putting together 3 Ebay Templates together, using inkfrog template. Please only respond to this project if you have experience with inkfrog templates. The 3 templates needs to look completely different with different logo for each. So the overall color theme and layout should be completely different. Layout can be similar but not the same. An example of the functions are seen on the link below.

We need
1) Click able tabs for shipping, payment, returns, terms and conditions
2) A shop by category either as a list on the left nav bar or on the bottom(as seen on the example)
3) Store Newsletter
4) Product Search Tab
5) Visit our store icon
6) Top links to about us, feedback, FAQ, contact us
7) Several Graphics such as "Wholesale Inquiry" "Ship from USA" and "Why buy from us"
This is for 3 separate templates only and 3 simple logo designed for inkfrog template.
