I need a website built that is for any person to list their real estate/property for lease/rent.
It is to be built using Drupal 6 and modifying an existing real estate listing module and integrating it with a provided template.
The module will be provided, however it needs work done including your skills in SQL making it XML ready (to finish/implement at a later date for uploading multiple properties).
In addition, the ability to charge people for listing their property at a later date will be required.
I have 2 other website examples of how I want the [url removed, login to view] done so it should make it fairly easy, plus I welcome your creative flair and input.
A further detailed information memorandum will be provided with more extensive details.
There is a good chance of more work on satisfactory completion.
