This is what I need. A purple web site template for an Educational Web Site.

The site must have the following link on the top of the template:

Shop, Academics, Sports, Facility, Night School, and Administration.

I would only like to spend 20 or less and it must us PhotoShop 7.0. I need by Friday please. I would also like to see example of your work before I pick a person to do the work. Our mascot is a RAM.
