I need a banner ad for [url removed, login to view]

It will be going on <[url removed, login to view]> on the right hand side. I am thinking a square shaped banner would be best. It will be replacing the signup form and can go all the way to the right page end.

Look at [url removed, login to view] and get a good feel for our design. You can use images from our site in the design.

It must have a call to action asking them to call and make a reservation at 407-345-8770 and also have our website link.
