Artwork for web site using InkScape only

Create Artwork for a web site front page. This is for a software product. Sample that I put together is included.

I need a professional who can make this look great.

All work must be done in Inkscape in vector format. All objects need to be modifiable in Inkscape. The only bmp that can be used are screenshots of the software.

The feedback on progress must be done ever other day by submitting Inkscape file. No other formats are acceptable.

I am looking for a dedicated person with the sore of >9. Anything below this score, please do not bid. If you have score less then 9 and submit the bid, I will assume that you do not know how to read. :)
