Redesign PHP Gaming Team Website

Hello I am a 28 year old Gaming Dad who runs a Battlefield 3 Gaming Community & Team we have a nice decent website now for the Gaming Team I run: [url removed, login to view]

The site is up and running on [url removed, login to view] Clan Hosting Service which basically makes it very easy to have a team site. They let you choose a template and bam you have a site. I have done this and also completely revamped their template using photoshop. My site is hands down better then almost all their other hosted sites BUT..... I want it to be 1 of the BEST Gaming Team sites around.

I want the site to have a FLASH intro: (similar to this): [url removed, login to view] I truly LOVE this intros graphic images and how they used them. I want something similar but BETTER then this. I want the TEXT implemented into the flash intro better. this almost seems to be a FLASH TEMPLATE that they added words to. I want ours to be made FOR MY TEAM. Here is another intro I really liked with the countdown til page opened kinda like login in to some secure military website I LIKE THAT IDEA: [url removed, login to view]

Once you click the intro I want the BANNER to be flash or have some type of animation to it (I WANT MY LOGO TO BE USED,same logo you see on [url removed, login to view] I just want it animated somehow like maybe a shine or something cool and simple) something that makes it stand out as a logo.

The website must COMPLETELY work with my CMS from my hosting company so everything is seamless.

Once you enter the site I want a pop up to pop in middle of the screen asking everyone who enters to LIKE US & FOLLOW US. Example here: [url removed, login to view] wait for pop up to appear. Also on this site you can see the social networking tabs on the left side, I WANT THOSE aswell but I want tabs redesigned to fit the site.

I want the CHATBOX redesigned and more cool and awesome, I do not like the old ways of the current chat box.

The idea I want you to use for the site is WAR TORN. I want the site to look battered and bruised like it was just under attack by the US Army. Torn metal, bullet holes, smoke, shattered glass..

Game Team Plays is: BATTLEFIELD 3 and any future BATTLEFIELD game, so its all about shooting bad guys and kicking ass and thats what I want site to represent.

I also want it to seem SECURE like something only classified agents can access. THINK MILITARY SECERTS. I also want it to have a terrorist vibe mixed in with military.

Our team name is BUNCH OF WAR-CRIMINALS because the game play in the game is very violent and unmilitary with alot of the tatics so it seems more like terrorist stuff.

In the end I want a AMAZING site. Flash, Animation, awesome modules, and things to make the site just STAND OUT IN A CROWD.

I am sure I will want things moved and tweaked, and I would PAY for job ONCE IT IS COMPLETE and as I want it so you need to agree with this if interested in job.

I job turns out ON TIME & way I ask for it to be I will include between a 30$ to $50 bonus on top of the Fixed Rate.
