Hosted! (Host Servers Inside of a Minecraft Server)

Making a plugin for minecraft costing max up to $15, (Im Poor so i cant pay that much), which allows you to make a server inside of a server with a lobby (I Will Make Lobby), it will allow you to do /create {servername} and it creates it and the message is in light blue saying You Have Succesfully Created a Server on Hosted! do /join {servername} and add commands like /reset-all which resets the entire server not Main Server their {servername}, a /reset-world which only resets the players created server world and add a command like /friend add {players IGN} and /friend remove {players IGN} custom ranks like in Red : [Host] CodingDead and Mod is Yellow : [Mod] CodingDead, Admin is dark red [Admin] CodingDead and add a command like /hosted setrank {ranks are Admin,Mod,Host,Co-Host,[login to view URL],[login to view URL],[login to view URL],Dev} {players IGN} and thats it if u wanna contact me fastly use my 2 emails,[REMOVED BY FREELANCER.COM ADMIN] AND Add a Sidebar like top of it says in light blue Hosted! and the rest saying Use /create to make your free server! and gray Players {player counter} and Servers {how many servers are online} and a menu that allows players to see top servers and max players on the server can be 10 and max plugins u should make plugins a custom config so its like copy plugin url and it goes into a menu and allow me to edit the menu through a config thanks.
