Making legal Agreements for clients and agents and associates on corporate legal termshandling and responding to legal queries of different business verticalsDrafting Venting negotiating and modifications of agreements contracts and agreement related documents and standard mailersStandardization of communication documentationEnsuring all legal complianceassisting in signing and finalization of contract documentsCoordinate with external agencies and clients for legal compliance'sInvolve in discussing with internal and external customer and finalization of draftsDocumentation Both In hard and soft copy, prepare and maintain tracker support legal term in negotiation association and closing contract [login to view URL] registering all documentsProviding additional legal support and advisory to company as and when requiredProvide Legal advisory support for business expansionDrafting reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions with associates and clients of the companyDrafting reviewing and negotiating Marketing Materials, Disclosure documents distribution agreements, third party documentation and documentation of all kinds

Qualifications:

3 to 10 years of legal work experience with corporate business documentationlaw Degree and admission to Bar council of IndiaExcellent Knowledge of hr and corporate and business lawExcellent Drafting SkillsStrong legal analytical skills and judgementsstrong relationship building skillsFamiliarity with all legal and regulatory framework and corporate service and industrial business law

 Drafting and venting of Joint Ventures, dealer and franchising agreements, MOU's, Appeals, Counter Affidavits, Case papers etc...Appearing Before government and quasi judicial authorities and following complete approvals and compliance for companies smooth functioning 

Skills Required:

Good Written and communicationAbility to work with business teams displaying an understanding of business requirementsgood interpersonal skills Ability to manage time efficiently and close issues quickly and effectively
