Need a cinemagraph made from a video

I have a video of a cup, with our product beside it, and some steam rising from the cup. I need you to create a cinemagraph from this video, with the steam seamlessly looping against a still image pulled from the video. See attached image for a still from that video.
The video was shot in portrait mode; I need the cinemagraph to be delivered in square, landscape and portrait.
