I am looking for a guru to design and build a system to accept photos, videos, text, music and render them into high definition movies.
Summary:
1. Accept multiple input formats
2. Produce multi-resolution movie files
3. Render movies super-fast
4. Ability to design and implement movie templates super easily
Details:
1a) Image formats: JPEG, GIF, TIFF, and PNG
* resolution can be as large as 5616 x 3744 (max file size must be set)
1b) Video formats: mp4, avi, mov, qt, 3gp, m4v, mpg, mpeg, mp4v, h264, wmv, mpg4, movie, m4u, flv, dv, mkv, mjpeg and ogv.
* ability to use multiple video files per single movie file (max file size must be set)
** ability to crop large video files to desired length is needed
1c) Audio formats: mp3, mp4, and AAC
* ability to use multiple soundtracks per single movie file
** fade-in and fade-out function per each soundtrack
1d) display texts independently(single slide) or as overlay on top of slides
2a) Movie files will be downloaded in mp4 format (Codec H.264, AAC)
2b) Movie files will be available in 240p, 480p, 720p and 1080p resolutions
2c) real-time preview in 240p resolution is needed
2d) Movie files must be converted and downloaded in ISO format (used to burn to DVD)
2e) Embed code must be created for each movie file
3a) Movie files must be encoded to 240p almost in real-time to provide instant preview
3b) 1080p encoding must be done in time less than 2X (twice) length of output movie files
3c) Ability to choose different fonts to display text (International characters must be accepted, UTF-8)
4) Movie template or design will be produced with Adobe After effects using placeholders for images/videos/texts
System must automatically place uploaded images, videos, texts in to placeholders and render them as a movie file
System must be designed to allow quick and easy implementation of new designs
5) System must be designed to run on Amazon cloud environment and utilize "Cluster GPU Instances" (LAMP)
6) System must be delivered fully tested and bug free
7) Full source code must be delivered for payment
