We are seeking the services of an experienced and highly qualified animated video producer to create a new animated explanation/promotional video. This video shall be approximately 2-3 minutes in length, and it shall follow the provided script and storyboard. The finished product delivered by the freelancer under this project shall be a fully completed, corporate-professional grade video which is immediately ready for display to our clients. The scope of work under this project includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Provide a voiceover.

• Development of graphic/animated video display.

• Development of score and sound effects.

• Provide final editing to create a smooth and professional grade final product.
