Focus Detection / Blur Detection on Live Webcam in VB.net

While Internet is full of examples of Focus Detection using Open CV in Python, C# etc. . I am looking to implement this in VB.net. I am pasting some links to explain my simple requirement. I have live Webcam Image already in VB.net using [login to view URL] Next Task is to make a Focus meter at the bottom of live Image and display Focus Score or Blur Meter. Well commented Source Code and a brief Explanation of logic is must.
