A non-technical user may find it hard to optimize images using a tool where they have to write their own code or understand how a more advanced tool works. Advanced tools could be confusing, time consuming and may require high programming skills.
What is the project deliverable?
The deliverable project is an image optimizer software which allows users to optimize their images using an easy to use interface which is fast and simple, yet provide common tasks that non-expert users might need to perform, but some of these tasks might require the user to have more advanced knowledge.
Some of the features that the software will have includes uploading an image from the computer, compression level to apply to the image, resize the image by configuring the width and height of the image, convert from one format to another etc.
What is original about this project?
The originality of the project is that it focuses on non-expert users, yet it provides some features for advanced users as well.
