Fix Ubuntu 16.04 Networking issue

I have a Ubuntu VM which i can ping the internal servers/Gateway from but not any external IPs example 8.8.8.8
also the DNS is not resolving anything, that need to get fixed as well.
NOTE: if i change the static IP, then it start pining the external IPs but after second reboot, it will stop working again.
