Photorealistic 3D Rendering of Interior and Exterior Design for Home Renovation

I'm looking for someone to help develop my 2D floorplan ideas into a photorealistic 3D rendering to help me evaluate if I like my design concepts for our upcoming renovation project, and to provide contractors a visual reference as we move forward with construction. Ideally, I'm looking for something similar to what you would see from an "HGTV Remodel" show that has walkthroughs using 3dsmax, Sketchup, Lumion, Chief Architect, or a similar quality of software. I'm not particular to what format has to be used. The 3D design should include the interior and full exterior of a standard 2,500 SF ranch style home, with approximately 10K SF residential lot. The final source files should be provided, along with a way to view the material using a generally available viewer such as [login to view URL], or with other free viewers.
My primary goal is to be able to visualize how the interior and exterior structural design flows, and looks when "virtually" walking through the space. The deliverable must provide a way for me to interact with the camera to see the final product from multiple angles. One of my most important goals is to see if the size of the garage is too big, and if it will visually obstruct my view of the backyard. Also, I would like to see what the covered patio / pool looks like, and if the vaulted ceilings are high enough. Basically, I'm hoping to visualize the finished product before proceeding with any renovations.
I do not need extensive design work, as mostly generic, builder grade design choices for the interior will satisfy my intentions to visualize the space. However, a good eye for design and arcitual suggestions would be appreciated. From a design perspective, I can provide example pictures of my design choices, but essentially I'm looking for generic textures/details - i.e. wood floors, white shaker-style cabinets, marble countertops, stock furniture element, wooden tables, etc. are acceptable for helping to visualize the area. For the interior, using a generic design choice is acceptable and hopefully will make the project move quickly. On the exterior, I'm hoping you can digitize my current exterior space (such as where current trees are located) based on pictures to be provided; that way, I can accurately visualize what the finished renovation would look like.
When responding with a proposal/bid, please outline exactly what deliverables you would be able to offer, the software you use, and examples of those specific deliverables that would be included in your cost. My expectation is that I will own and have full rights to use any renderings provided, and source material/files will be provided. In addition, please specify exactly what information you would need from me to develop a rendering.
I would be happy to provide you any information you may need to help with this project. Currently I have:
1. A nearly exact measurement of my current home in [login to view URL] 2D format. I believe it will let me export my current idea into CAD.
2. Since I'm living in the current home, I have the capability to take as many pictures from any angles needed. This would include any measurements you may need.
3. I have example pictures of my preferred design choices.
4. Finally some of my design ideas are based on rough, hand drawn sketches of exterior floor plan ideas for a pool, outdoor kitchen and patio covers. Hopefully you can work with those to incorporate.
