I will need a very simple 3d character model making in Blender and one animation such as walking. 3 sketches of pre-production design will be needed also. This can be very beginner basic, as long as the character has one animation and is created in Blender. Any genre is acceptable and full artistic licence is given to the artist. This really doesn't have to be amazing and likewise the budget is not very large.
