3D Design - Large Breed Dog Chew Bone

This is a new product prototype for a chew bone designed for large breed dogs that needs to be capable of withstanding a bite strength of 750 psi. I have attached a very basic drawing and a clay molding picture. I need a 3D model designed that I can take to an injection molder for further prototype development.
