Telemarketing followup calls
$2-8 USD / hour
Real Estate Investment Company in business for over 18 years seeks English speaking telemarketers to work from home, calling quality leads. The leads are homeowners in South Florida that are having financial difficulties.
We offer a totally free service to help them out of these difficulties and set them on the right path. Your job is to get these clients on the phone, prequalify them, and do a warm transfer to a sales agent in the States to close them. We use the call Tools system and ACT! CRM.
The perfect candidate will be reliable, have excellent English skills, with little Spanish accent, work from home in a quiet environment, have your own head set, computer and Fast reliable Wifi.
Hours run 20-40 hours per week up to full time. You will receive a weekly hourly salary plus very generous bonus for every sale made. You will be paid every Friday. Great for Ex PATS!
Basic Job requirements
• Work from home, quite environment, good internet connection.
• Have excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
• We are looking for smart individuals
• Must have a fast and stable internet connection. Minimal issues.
• Must have a friendly personality.
• Must be willing to work hard.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Payout every Friday
• Must have friendly voice. .
• Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
