I'm in need of a skilled engineer who can help me secure a variance from the county. The goal is to ensure the septic system's proximity to my deck does not pose a risk and vice versa. This will involve creating a letter that addresses the following key points:
- The septic system should not have any adverse effects on the deck's stability or integrity.
