Use mssql package to generate long SQL insert requests from POST request body

I need to generate long SQL insert statements from a post request that would typically look like the JSON object in '1. Submitted [login to view URL]'. I then have to use javascript to manually form a string as seen in '2. SQL [login to view URL]' attached.

Please create code with how this should be done using the request function in the mssql package. Please ensure that strings with apostrophes can be handled and the code is safe from SQL injection.

Task is to only write code and I can test. No need to set up database connection.
