We have several equipment in our yard. We send these equipment to site for our project works as well as for rental. So when the equipment is send out, our security will scan the bar code that is sticked on the equipment (using bar code wireless scanner) and the software should mark it as out and security will update the site name/project name and only then the data is saved.
