Downloadable plugin for Google Calendar. Once this plugin is downloaded by the user, when he or she creates a new meeting (could be created by the user or the user could be invited to one) in Google Calendar, user gets a pop up menu and is asked to input 1) subject of meeting and 2) What topics will be discussed 3) what relevant news topics may be helpful to have for the meeting. The user will then get a subsequent reminder of these topics before the meeting.
This is the first part of a larger project, the first milestone being the creation of a Google Calendar plugin that when installed asks users to input data when they are invited to or create a meeting in Google Calendar. If this is successfully completed, there will be much more work to follow!
