Create an application using Zoho or similar modular online DB application for an online physical therapy clinic that will manage creation of custom rehabilitation programs for patients depending on their age, health and condition.

Application will do the following:

1. Record different types of conditions (lower back pain, burn out, etc)

2. Record different types of exercises (proprietary kinetic exercises)

3. Link the exercises with conditions, for example:

Lower back pain links to Exercise 001, 017, 023, where 001 is a number of exercise.

4. Specify the progression of exercises from simple to more difficult.

5. Allow for time-based calculation of duration of exercise program (patient only has 20 min/day - his options are exercise 001, 0023, 0034).

5. Provide a report that will link the condition with selected exercises based on patient profile.

Application interface needs to be made in English with provision to switch to Russian for certain operators of the application.
