Sun Solaris SPARC iPlanet / Sun ONE server Java Oracle troubleshoot existing application

First of all, I want to apologize in advance for this horrible project. We have an existing business-critical Java application running under Sun SPARC Solaris 8. When we move it to an identical system, the application starts without errors but will not run correctly. We need someone to troubleshoot it and determine the cause. I can provide access to a server that it runs correctly on, as well as the server where it does not run correctly. This will require Java and Oracle database skills, and perhaps some familiarity with Solaris, although we have in-house Solaris admin expertise. I can assist with the Solaris side of things, but need someone strong in Java in a UNIX environment. Sun ONE / iPlanet experience would be a huge plus.
