A Raspberry Pi Image that reads a value from a comport and measures a pulsewidth on a GPIO every 5 minutes.

These 2 values should then be sent to a webpage (such as: [login to view URL]).

The pulsewidth should be an average value of the 5 minutes (pulswidth = time between to rising edges where the min. value is 20ms).

The name of the station needs to be set in a file on the flash-card.

Both values (pulsewidth on GPIO and the one from comport (UART via USB)) should be taken every 2 seconds. After the interval time, the average values should be sent to the webpage for storage.

The Name of the station and the interval in seconds should be stored on the sd-card, so we can change them from a Desktop Windows pc.


Procedure Step by Step

1. Read 2 values from a file on boot partition of sd card (Interval in seconds and name as string)
2. Set priority of this task to high.
Loop
3. Count pulses on one GPIO for the time set in interval and then devide interval time/count = result1
4. Send a command to serial interface (USB) and read the result every 2 seconds during interval. At the end of interval time build the average = result2
5. Send the 2 results and the name to a webpage for storage like www.domain.com/store.aspx?val1=result1&val2=result2&id=name
