Create FTP drive using S3 file storage

I would like to create a traditional ftp folder for other people to uploads file to.
This means having an ftp address, user name and password to provide to someone that they can then access using a traditional ftp client (e.g., bulletproof ftp, filezilla, etc.).
I would like to use AWS's S3 for the ftp drive - which means, creating a workaround so that it behaves like a traditional ftp drive but in actuality, it will be S3 storage underpinning the file system.
I believe this can be accomplished using the following tool:
I am ok with an alternative method assuming the goals around the project regarding functionality are accomplished (uses S3 and behaves like a traditional ftp drive to an external user).
Thank you for your assistance. Please include a brief description in your PM along with your bid so I can tell that you actually read the project description instead of using an auto-bidder to bid on the project. Just a sentence or two will do.
