Combine two pieces of .net software together and create installation program

I have two different zip files with code that I would like to combine together. I found out that they use different .net framework versions so that may make it more difficult. Once the two pieces of code are combined into one I then need an install program built that will install the software on windows machines. windows xp, windows 7 and windows 8
Once we have finished with this I will need more changes to the code so if you bid low I will include you on bids for making changes to this software as well as creating new software.
The lowest bidder with the highest rating will get the job.

Hi i have read your project description. To combine two different net framework i suggest the lower net framework follow the higher net framework. Best Regards
