Hello,

We are looking for a freelancer that has experience with [login to view URL] and more specifically, experience collecting data from zillow.

The app we need created ask the user for the following:

1 - Ask the user for an address or a zip code (10025)

2 - Ask the user for a mile radius (15 miles)

3 - Ask the user for a home value ($500,000)

What the app will then do is go through [login to view URL] and find ALL homes that are for-sale or already sold on zillow that has a home value of ATLEAST the provided amount and add them to a database.

The database should include:

- Street address (including city, zip code, state)

- Home value

- Listing date

- Listing sold date

- Sold price

- Zestimate value

After it has collected all of the information, the user should be shown all of the results (in a neat organized table), and should be able to filter out AND sort by all of the fields in the database.

The user should also have the option to save the search (by a name) and have the option to look at previously saved searches.

We will NOT create a milestone until a certain amount of work has been completed. We will also set a deadline with the chosen bidder and a fee will be deducted for a late delivery.

We have several other projects like this for the person that completes this job well.

Please let us know how you plan on doing the project and which programming language you would prefer to use (as well as type of database you will use).
