Need modifications to existing software such as:

1) Modify size of application container

2) Add Header area to container

3) Add URL Link based menu to container

4) Add button size display area to container

5) Enable application to connect to RSS channel or web service to get data data that customizes the previously stated items.

More modifications for subsequent projects for right person. Must have strong experience in ActionScript, Flex areas and can provide links or snapshots of applications created.
