We need someone who has the following :

Grasp over how websocket works on the backend , the server that runs the socket is based on node.js

Proper experience on socket communication based on multiplayer games.

Tackling data transfer and saving of websocket data on database.

Methods of taking backups for data that are currently present on a live session of the socket server.

Intercommunication of data between database and temporary data inside the socket server

Freelancer should have good english commucation skill.
