Hello! Thank you for visiting this post. I am seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) social media assistant to help me grow my small business. I own a credit restoration business which is slowly growing. Unfortunately, I also work elsewhere full time and am very limited to the time I spend on social media and online in general.
I am seeking a committed person that is willing to be with me and my company long term. This is not a short term project, and I am truly seeking someone that puts 1000% into their work. I do not have time to micromanage or hold my employees hand, therefore I need a motivated self starter that would do for my business as if it was their own.
Ideally, I am seeking someone that can do the following:
Plan social media posts and captions
Design the posts to flow with current grid design
Respond/ Interact with people that respond/ inquire online
Plan/ Write/ Publish 1 Blog Post Weekly in Spanish and English
Provide suggestions for increasing social media engagement
Design FB/ IG ads to increase engagement
Create Promotional/Advertisement short videos for social media
Assist with Email Marketing Campaigns/ Designs
Other Media Related Assignments as needed
I have a service based business that has restrictions when it comes to posting ads on social media. The right candidate must be able to research my business industry to create post and outline social media marketing outline/plan
Candidate must be able to speak Spanish as most of my clients are spanish speaking
