Create private app - Shopify - Price levels for based on volume of the order

I have this [url removed, login to view] shop. My customers usually order few items. But they buy more than just one. If they buy 5 of product X, they get some price. If they buy more they want better price. What I need is:
- Qty-Box next to the shopping cart – the customer puts in the number of items he /she wants to buy and clicks Add to Cart
(Now you can add just 1 piece – if he/she wants to buy 10, he/she must klick 10 times the Add to Cart or go to the cart and edit the number)
- Calculation of price based on the number of pieces ordered
- Table of the price levels next to the product info or next to the box
- Admin for each product in shop to edit the price levels

I need this App to be inputed into my shopify admin and start working. I will create an account to access the shop-administration for this purpose.
