Jenkins automation Authorize Project plugin

Need some help with Jenkins; if I run as the Jenkins user on my MAC OSX it works fine but if I run via Jenkins, it does not find environment details such as aws command.
Have the latest version of Jenkins and Authorize Project plugin
There is a need to have either the users Jenkins or another user to run the job.
Please only BID if you know how to do this and are certain you can do this?
Expecting this is something easy for about $10 or so and will be something scripting person with Shell, KSH, Bash, or otherwise would know and understand.
