Online Advertising and SEO Specialist - Real Estate Investment Firm

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Advertising and SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating and managing online advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google AdWords, Facebook Marketing Ads, and YouTube Ads. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for ongoing management of our website's search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective online advertising strategies to generate leads and maximize ROI across Google AdWords, Facebook Marketing Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Create and optimize compelling ad campaigns tailored to our target audience and business objectives.
Conduct keyword research, ad targeting, and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance and reach.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on current best practices and trends in online advertising to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
Manage website SEO to improve organic search rankings, including keyword optimization, content creation, and link building strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and web development to align online advertising efforts with overall business goals.
Provide regular updates and communication to stakeholders on campaign performance, metrics, and KPIs.
Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SEO software to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
Proven track record of success in creating and managing online advertising campaigns, with expertise in Google AdWords, Facebook Marketing Ads, and YouTube Ads.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques, with experience in improving website visibility and organic search rankings.
Familiarity with carrot based websites and real estate industry terminology and practices is a major plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and identify actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with real estate investors or in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
