Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments. They identify problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals. Senior Business Analyst communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, clients, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analysts who can conduct market analyses, analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business. And who can manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary. In addition, they develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
1. Education and Experience · Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/Business Analytics, Information Management or other relevant field · Good understanding of software development, web, and mobile technologies · Experience in creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team. · Good in translating conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team. · Good documentation skills for preparing FRD, BRD, SRS, Sprint checklists etc. · Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·
