We are building a sales team to identify people who are interested in buying real estate globally. The job requires the freelancer to find leads on their own using regular advertising, marketing, social media, cold calling, internet marketing, print marketing. The goal is to find affluent individuals and families who are interested in buying real estate for investment or relocation to the United States (specifically New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Boston, Florida or California). This position is paid based on a success fee. Freelancer will only get paid when a buyer successfully buys a property. The total fee will be 0.2% of the total purchase. On a US$1,000,000 purchase the total fee earned will be US$2,000.
