Need a PA, Speaking skills are not that important, I will not be requiring out going phone calls, however excellent writing skills are a must. tech savvy; excellent email skills and etiquette; solid judgment and decision-making abilities; technically inclined - understand tools such as Google calendar, social networking set up etc; fast typing speed; strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
Ideally I will assign projects at night by 11 MST. Then would expect a report back on progress by 8 MST the next day. I do not expect any instant responses, just daily progress reports.
Ideally he or she could do the following:
- manage email accounts
- Post content to blogs and forums
- Online research
- Create and manage social media accounts
- Other similar tasks
- Other personal tasks (flights, hotels, banking etc.)
& possess enough skills to help get bids for and manage the following:
- graphic design, mainly banner adds
- HTML coding
- web design, mainly landing pages
- creative and instructional video design
- content editing
And then researching the past performance of potential contractors
